2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of:
- sending a newsletter with updates on the Foundation’s activities (including news, events, recruitment, educational programs),
- responding to inquiries sent via the contact form,
- enabling registration for events, meetings, and classes, and providing organizational information,
- conducting informational and educational activities in accordance with the Foundation’s statute.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR — based on freely given consent of the data subject.
4. Scope of Processed Data
Depending on the form and context, we process:
- email address,
- name,
- phone number (if provided),
- child’s age,
- area of residence,
- other data voluntarily provided in the contact form.
5. Voluntary Nature of Providing Data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter, receive a response, or register for an event.

Data is not shared with third parties, except for IT service providers necessary to achieve the purpose (e.g., hosting, mailing tools), with whom we have data processing agreements.

Data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or the Foundation’s informational purposes are fulfilled.
